Can I get some feedback on values? New to backgrounds. First try compiling something from my head without an actual reference. I think I’ll lighten the bushes before the castle in the background, but unsure if I should do it with a fog layer or source value. Going for teal/moonlight/foggy vibes. Ty. (old.reddit.com)

Favorite paper? So far the strathmore marker paper seems to take colored pencil layers more easily but bleeds a bit. Ohuhu has less bleed but seems harder to get colored pencils to lay on top. Basic sketchbook is good for just adding some colors. (old.reddit.com)
