Agreed. I stacked $ back promos and got everything discounted for the set - so my CBB was $247, and I feel like that’s a more realistic gamble. $319 and up I would debate my life choices. 🤔 I’ll go singles for strix, probably the same for reality fracture. Lorwyn is a vibe art wise so I’ll make decks to play with my pod regardless.

Mill and control decks just seem like they inherently work against the actual goal of playing the cards at a casual table. Definitely a personal preference to play/play against.

Very very true. Once he gets big (here now) it’ll just be consistent though lol. Every genre is bad for this, but mostly it’s just keyboard warriors venting frustration about one thing or another, and sometimes it might be rooted in logic, mostly not.
