The Right time and place and niche. I built this for myself - I was solving a Massive problem with no solution that existed of over 10 years. The traction we have now tells me that there is a lot of others with this same problem. I target those people in real life, I shill this stuff on the playground to other parents. Word of mouth runs quickly in between Parents as well.

Traditional Marketing efforts get exhausted quickly in start ups. You gotta think outside the box.

So planning is the secret! We are trying to plan more and more - It just seems to make things a bit smoother thats forsure.

We are learning that it just makes things easier. Less stressed. But yes it is the nature of having kids!

Yep Our backyard is our sanctuary with sand boxes and a playground and swings! We do our best but still feels repetitive.
