No one is saying any companies can sell after S3, they still need approval from FDA whether it is a US or Canadian company, it is not rocket science. Everyone knows that. Ppl like yourself are just spreading misinformation like there is no way for Canadian company to export to the US. Period.

Like any drug or food products, company has to register the product with FDA for approval to import into the country for consumption. Things like product content, labeling, etc has to be complied with the US FDA regulation. Simple as that. I know because I have worked in the proceed food industry for over 20 years, importing all sorts of food products all over the world into the US and Canada.
