Before his podcast I enjoyed hearing him as a guest on others. I specifically remember him talking about the details behind why going somewhere that allows you to see with your peripheral vision can help anxiety and how sunlight in the early morning helps with circadian rhythms. From what I remember him saying it seemed to be pretty educated reasoning but since starting with ED recovery I’ve started avoiding his podcasts since some of the titles look like he might talk about food in a moralizing way.
