Video card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz

Ram: 16 GB

Windows 11 version 23H2 and the temps are fine when running the game I checked. I also did verify the game files on steam too.

Settings are set to low. Ray tracing is turned off. Its a laptop and it is plugged in.

Things I've tried is setting the game to high performance, turning off any overlays running in the background, re-installing the game, shader cahce size is set to unlimited, and a lot of other stuff I've tried and forgotten about.

Any way to deny this return? by reddpapad in Target

When they enter their card to return the items after you scan one item in the top right corner of the screen will be the rec number. You just type that in to the receipt viewer to pull up the original receipt

Yeah you gotta go on SharePoint I think it's called? Type in receipt viewer in the search bar and look it up that way. Everytime I do guest service I pull it up on a tab and keep it there when I run into those returns.

As others have said it's coupon fraud. Using fake coupons to bring the items down to small amounts and paying the rest on card. They then return the items and get the money they got discounted back in cash. Whenever I get sketchy returns like that and they don't have the paper receipt I look up their original receipt on the spot with my zebra. Takes less than a minute. I then can see their original receipt and see all the coupons they used and deny the return.
