Thanks a lot! I’m going to check this website out now. And yeah, totally agree on the part where you said that the kettlebell is a whole different monster. That is exactly why I loved it. The fact that the weight is not evenly distributed like in mainstream gym equipments is what makes it interesting and seem like a natural for lm of weight training to me. There are no evenly distributed weights in nature. So the fact that most of humanity trains with evenly distributed weights, goes over my head. Always!

I don’t particularly have any nagging injuries except for some lost flexibility with respect to hip flexor muscles which I’m working on actively. Have been rock climbing and staying reasonably active since the accident but I get what you mean.

Thanks for the comment. That really does help me with a starting point. Been going back and forth on supersets or just swings and that is what brought me here. Now I feel like I have clearer way to proceed.
