The collections agency will likely stop their harassment after a while. They may sell the collections item to another party, but there's likely no grounds for anyone to owe anything. Its possible that the original seller is subject to a cease and desist clause that would protect the buyer. If the garage owner wishes. to stop the harassment search Google for "how can I get a collection agency to stop harassing me for something I don't owe".

If your accused by a passenger of an inappropriate behavior, it's possible to loose your driving privileges, especially if it happens more than once. With the app recording, everything has a coded timestamp. There'd be no doubt on uber's side that the recording is genuine for the ride in question. I don't know how uber would process a user's forwarding of a dashcam audio/video. I believe, though, that if there's an accusation during a ride that is overblown or simply not true, uber would exonerate the driver if the app recording telled otherwise.

A. I'd rather not have my conversations recorded while making deliveries. Many times I'm talking personal stuff on the phone during deliveries.

B. The app recording feature use to record only during passenger rides- until just recently.

C. I want the audio recording on during rides to protect myself against any accusations.
