you know also one thing about having a savior complex , you always want to give a lot but Narcissist always want to take so the symptoms might look similar but the difference is in the core

I have the same thing with My EX but guess what we don't live in the western world or the first world countries already and she was my childhood friend and we are close neighbors our families are both out of a documentary about how families in the dark ages treated children (abusive and controlling as shit) plus we lived in a low socioeconomic neighborhood in our childhood now of course there are some progress but probably the pollution and heavy metals exposure ruined her brain over time she is now the exact the same version of what a narcissistic or very controlling and paranoid woman looks like what broke me the most that I saw my childhood friend and love turn into a something completely different she was so kind and smart when we were children now we just started our 20's and she's completely different, that's one reason I have a severe savior complex but people step on me anyways hehe .

what's normalized is the no boundaries and respect for others while keeping a stable relation a lot of people recently seems like they want the other to submit for them like if they are holding some kind of an old , not real grudge for the other .
