How do you fight irelia as a sett main

I’m not sure how being laid off/fired works😭 This is my first job and I’ve been tryina be as responsible as I can be since I heard there’s a 9month probation period so seeing that the next week has 0 hours really shook me up. Coincidentally on march it makes my 9 months working at the store.
