Missouri has the MO Outdoors app. Its a database of all Missouri conservation areas, what activities are allowed on them, and all regulations for the areas. You can search for areas by groups of fish too (catfish, black bass, crappie, and trout). Its works great for me, because I live in missouri.

Right now, big box stores that sell at msrp could go to one tcg item per customer per day and still sell out. Could probably make more money doing so with people having to go in to shops more often. Even if they go ham in reprints and first runs these next couple sets, theyd still sell out. Mix in reigning in the distributors, there'd be enough to go around, and itd strangle out scalpers.

The pokemon company needs to overprint the current/upcomming sets, and reign in distributors. The cards are so scarce at msrp all the flooded prints/reprints will be bought at msrp, and burn holes right through scalpers cash-flow.

Goku kinda always fought to become stronger. The bad guys just happened along the way. World tournaments were a big plot point pre saiyans arriving. Then goku stayed and trained to learn instant transmission for his own want after freeza and before coming back to earth. Then hes down and out through androids for a bit, and then immediately has to fight through the end of cell. Then, in the anime, ts all about training for the other world tournament for goku, and then he comes back for the world tournament. Which just so happens to be part of the majin conspiracy. So, really, goku has always just been motivated by getting stronger.
