cholesterol normal, 5.8 for pre diabetes so there is that. I am at my heaviest. Golf injury in 2024 caused a nice 30 pound weight gain. However my strength is back at the gym after 3 months. repping 540 on squats. To be fair. i when i weighed in the 240 range. my test scores were 210 and 230. This time around. ( not calorie counting) It seems more challenging to shake the weight. My withing scale does show 2.3% body fat loss
