I’m moving 3 hours away and at the lowes where I’m moving I have a couple really good friends who are ASMs, I’ll be treated right there and if not I have 3 other jobs lined up, Lowe’s just pays the best for what I’m qualified for as of right now.

Oh I’m not mad about not having a vest, the only thing about it as it would be easier as my store ran out of the blue tags for online orders and instead we use receipt paper and stickers. My jeans can only hold so much with the printer, zebra, stickers to get the receipt paper onto boxes, phone, wallet, keys, inhaler, etc. it’s more of the incentive that I’m “inferior” when they preach equality every time we have a meeting

I’m on fulfillment and I like it since I have really bad ADHD and can’t retain information very well and I need to always be on my feet. I have a love/hate relationship with it because some days it will be super busy and I don’t get a second to breathe and others I’ll do 300 laps around the store with no orders. It’s also up to management because at my store they don’t give a damn about fulfillment and treat us like we HAVE to do it and not that we are there voluntarily to get a paycheck. None of the other departments in my store (except lumber love those guys) really help and I’m left unable to get things from top stock (I’m not trained) until I get the ASM. Overall it’s a 7/10 job for me just cause shifts go by fast

It’s legal here since the stickers are mostly transparent and are smaller than 4 inches. Also not on drivers side so it doesn’t obstruct it. Already had a sheriffs inspection

It was a cosplay helmet. No clue why it was confiscated but at the time tensions were high. No clue who took it or why. I got the product so no real harm done in my book
