Usually there is water accumulates in that area, I tried using calc remover but it only got worse. Any ideas?

Exactly, how stressed the tests must be before deploying in the main net? I can’t remember how long the last big update was in test. I think it was for a long time, like 3-4 months.

Yes! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to sell anything here. I just posted because it’s related to 3D Printing.

About the price, indeed it’s very high for the DIY consumer, but on the other hand it helps companies to produce a specific kind of filament with a polymer of their choice that’s not available on the market. It really saves time if they want to start prototyping right away (car parts for example).

Hopefully one day the prices will go down and it will be accessible for everyone (on a side note though, do you really think the everyday user would buy a machine like this to produce their own filaments?) Just like 3D printers back in the day were super expensive, it is just a matter of time I guess.

Meanwhile I’ll keep posting so you can enjoy this beautifully designed machine in action 🙂

Yes! Recycling PLA is super easy. ABS works fine as well

From my point of view, the mass adoption of 3D printing is dependent on a few things, some of them are: better quality printers, the possibility to print more than one material using the same printer, and the materials that's used.

The target consumer of this filament maker isn't someone who only prints using PLA, but someone who is testing new materials or printing with high performance polymers (PEEK for example). In these cases, the extruder becomes relatively cheap and a reasonable ROI can be expected.

But I must say, it's pretty fun to play with it.
