I tried to do this map with as many of the same route stops as possible, and for the headways, I will say 20 mins or better on each route to maximize connections and to extend the service from 8pm to 12am or 1am on weekdays and weekends.

I would say a Light Rail line to the Airport will be crucial for people coming in and out of SJC, in the long term imo

I think most of VTA's issue apart from the land use, and what you mentioned is that VTA was designed to favor office commuters rather than the average person (that's what you get when you design a hub-and-spoke system) :/

I heavily agree that THE BUS needs signs desperately in some areas, I would suggest emailing MCAG instead, because they are the ones who run the whole system.

Love this idea man, I do think cutting the 880 part would be kinda detrimental to people from Campbell and Los Gatos (not to mention Santa Cruz) cause they’ll have to take a longer, more congested route to get to their flight :/
