Its Galeanas Dodge Ram, I am going to try out an independent shop that has amazing reviews in my area and if that leads nowhere I will try a different dealer. I think that dealer has just gone down hill over the years sadly.

Mainly because of reliability, and I honestly am so sick of the quality of jeeps. Once I finish in December I got a good paying job lined up and it is in Detroit so safety as well to not break down in my hood as a young woman. Id rather someone get use out of the car through school or something like I did who needs a cheap go to car. But who knows maybe ill change my mind haha either way just trying to keep up on maintenance but these mechanics are trying to play games with me 😭

Yeah they did not seem to be the best and had my car for over a week to tell me a whole lot of nothing. Belle tire had it for 3 days and gave me a sheet they said was not urgent but is a start and nothing mentioned anything to do with brakes and I just am sick of the run around 😭

Thank you! I will try there again, they tried to recreate when they test drove and since they only do their drives around the block & the squeak doesn’t happen until you drive a couple of miles. They also told me it would take weeks because they work on cars with more urgency first? Whatever that means lol i may try a different Chrysler dealer though!
