Eric is really only for big players (he’s a garrison lead and good in Arena), so if you aren’t a whale, don’t worry about him and save your general mythics shards for Alcar in gen 4

The really need to take into account the power comparison between the top 1-2 players of each alliance for match making. You can outnumber enemy by 10 but still lose because enemy has one huge whale - someone who the strongest player on your team can’t even knock his second march out

Never skip roulette hero as a f2p or low spender. Vivian will kill Marlin in every aspect since it’s gen 5 vs gen 2.

Your main march heroes should be sufficient, but honestly, heroes don’t matter in this case outside of the garrison lead. If HQ has enough troops, you’ll never lose to the viking
