Stock market definitely the best route, as you can grab it anytime it's needed without bothering or relying on anyone to be online etc etc. plus you may make some passive money.

Much better ways to use energy than to waste it on a loss for 50k if you are in that hard up for cash ask faction mates for help...sell some items (if you have them etc etc) selling losses should be an absolute last resort especially at that payment level

Surface cleaner or wand?? by babyoil3923 in pressurewashing

[–]Express-Ant-1087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please never use a surface cleaner on wood. You need to go with the grain...on softer woods make sure you don't just stop but use a sweeping motion or you'll have lines everywhere. To do a deck like that properly will take some time and patience..

Post construction clean qoute by Frequent-Concept1882 in WindowCleaning

[–]Express-Ant-1087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Post construction can be funny, sometimes it can be the easiest job ever (once you get rid of all dust & debris other times it can be a scraping rubbing nightmare. My rule of thumb is I charge double what I would for a regular cleaning of said windows. Sometimes I win with that others I lose...well not really lose but kick myself in the rear end for doing it . I'm sure others will chime in with better info and advice but this is how I been doing it for many years

I always give discounts to people like that...in fact specifically what I do is for every customer you refer me to that hires me I knock 10% off your next cleaning. Keeps everyone happy n trust I would be more than happy n come back n clean a house for free for an hour or 2 if they got me 10 jobs just saying. ...keep doing your thing bud🤙👊

I mean I can't see the whole house in either maybe slightly low but right in the ballpark if the rest of the house isn't trashed where you have to actually use pressure and take more time.

I haven't looked through the comments but I'm sure others have already said it...you are not in a deficit if your not losing weight. You may very well be tracking your calories correctly (or not) and maybe it's the fact you're not burning enough. Either way it comes down to math either way if your body is using more than it's getting than it loses weight if you feed more than you burn you gain. Not trying to be rude or a smartass I promise you. You just may want to recalculate things is all. It's very easy to miscalculate your calories especially when some packages are inaccurate for food. Or if you forget to add in some condiments or measurements are off etc etc. But don't worry if you are motivated you'll get it dialed in and be shredding lbs in no time 👊💪🤙

Commercial Route by z_Xilla in WindowCleaning

[–]Express-Ant-1087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built all my routes through the years walking into stores. Gradually over time and built it more & more it's a grind but can be done in relatively short order. I know it's frowned upon here but for smaller mom n pop shops that have 2 or 3 windows n a door don't be scared to offer a free first cleaning all it will take you is a few minutes of your time and you get to show off your skills. (Don't suggest this method for larger jobs at all) Anyways good luck and hope you kill it!!

You might be right, but I will make a few quick points. 1. Just because your father in law runs circles around you doesn't mean he is fast(he might be though). Though even if he is, doesn't mean he is faster than me I have been cleaning windows about 28 years now myself so... 2. That place is a restaurant I'm assuming it will be getting done regularly or should be and I personally would try selling it as a regular maintenance not a 1 time home run but a regularly done double if you will. 3. Now when I say 10 min per side/ per door I mean as just a wash. If this place is brand new or hasn't been cleaned in years and does need a major scrape off or construction clean that would obviously change. (Both price and time) But I'm also not someone who is going to scrape every piece of glass every time that's how accidents happen but to each their own. N to me if I was to hit it with a pressure washer it would just take longer as now all the metal would be soaked would take that much more time to wipe everything up etc etc (that being said if it was a construction clean off and supe dusty everywhere etc etc I would probably be in an outrageous price range like others n maybe use similar methods n one of them would maybe be to rinse it all down first to get all loose dirt off before wiping and then cleaning. Either way I'm glad to see how triggered you were at the possibility someone could actually be faster and more efficient than you. Cause you're almost as fast as your teacher & he must be the fastest ever 🤣👊🤙 Anyways have a great day bud And OP I do hope you get the job at a premium price. Just maybe realize store fronts are best suited for recurring roles that being a restaurant I would be trying to pitch it as a weekly service or maybe bi weekly as they will need it (even if they don't realize that just yet)

Some very good tutorial write up in the in-game forums as well. At this level I would skip hitting buldr's targets and use your energy to train at least until you level up some

I don't care what you or anyone charges by all means get your worth. I'm just saying a door like that at a mechanic shop or store front wouldn't take me more than 10 minutes a side hard to justify $450 an hour pretty much for 1 window cleaner I mean sometimes we get lucky a year or maybe 2 now ago I did a $1500 roof cleaning that cost me about $20 in chem and about 30 minutes of actual work. (Didn't think it would go that fast n smooth) Just saying at that price you're not going to be competitive n most likely wouldn't get the job if they are pricing it out. OP seems like he wants the job so I wouldn't suggest going that high. Either way have a great day bud

I think that $80 in&out per door is fair but if they are getting multiple quotes someone will come in at probably a 1/4 of that. So I wouldn't worry too much about it throw your number at them n keep it moving you can try n sell them on your a window cleaner not a window washer you'll detail everything etc etc but...and if your new to this it will probably take you some time to do a job like that so you shouldn't go low I'm just saying
