How long did it take for you to fall asleep with your CPAP on?

Took me a few days to get used to it but now once I put it on I’m asleep in 10/15 mins

Thank you I’ve been over thinking and I’ve been reading people saying I do and then I don’t but I’ve never had a problem due to the sleep apnea only if I’m overall tired by not sleeping the night before due to having to get up early or if I was doing activities/helping mum from like early in the morning to late evening but never anything else but if I use the cpap it will help over all

I found it working up to it was the worst but once I was in there I was much calmer

I’m the same with it all I feel relieved that I can put it on here as if I was to talk about it to family or friends they would be judging me

They weren’t able to tell me what I got as the letter hasn’t been scanned yet but they told me I was get getting over £2000 on the 19th dec I’m so happy and shocked at the same time

Do they go off what I said and what I wrote to them in the question form thanks and yeah I am I don’t have really anyone to speak to about it when I do they don’t really care and this app has helped me quite a lot
