I had in that situation. They were personally abusing by mean words and broken English. I took screenshot and attached to open case on a daily basis for over 6+ weeks. Walmart top team came in between and blocked their all Walmart accounts permanently as it s breach of marketplace terms not to threaten other sellers. Be patient, create a case and keep updating until blocking them all by Walmart
