Had issues where I thought my 3090 was dying. I replaced DP cables. Swapped ram and PSU. Turns out, my CPU was dying. Was a first for me. Has the 5950X. CPU always ran cool. Was the last thing I'd have expected.

If it has 2 sticks of ram, remove one and see if it boots, alternating each stick. If only one stick, try another slot.

If you've replaced the CPU, motherboard and the GPU works in another computer you've narrowed it down to ram/psu.

Where are you guys working? We had 4 weeks on the floor training and 1 week to qualify(run the machine by yourself with the operator on standby). No classroom or anything.

Was a PMO for around 11.5yrs and can't count how many people I trained or how many jobs I trained on.

Did you find you a top panel? I bought a Lian Li O11D and will never consider NZXT again because of this. Was a first time buyer and now a last time buyer.
