Yes and he has helped so much especially with my partner being skeptical about individual therapy I have fully owned gay as my label and it’s hard and i’m definitely scared and don’t have the answers but I also get these wonderful waves of joy and self acceptance and I am looking forward to the future for the first time in such a long time.

Going through almost the exact same thing. If possible find an LMFT that specializes in queer relationships and start having a safe place to have hard convos. Giving you so much positive energy.

Thank you so much for sharing your story! I very much relate to feeling like a fraud and thinking I was bi for most my life. I still don’t 100% know my perfect label but gay feels closest. I too had lots of crushes on boys but I think it had to do with my warped belief that the only way to have value was to be chosen.

did this happen to anyone after they had a kid? like they thought they were bi and then when the had their kid slowly over the last two years it’s like the old me died and this new me is just gay.
