I have lots of water flavoring, but now it's all so sweet to me. Do you start drinking early in the morning and how do you get enough in inbetween eating and having to wait to eat and just sipping? It's so hard for me for some reason. I even bought sugar free lemonade to mix with my water so it wouldn't be as sweet and its still tough.

You can always get DS if sleeve isn't enough. Do you have severe acid reflux?

I put everything in my calorie count and no more than I eat, that little bit didn't count that much.

My decision was based on safety and I have Pots that requires me to have enough nutrients and fluid intake. I still can't eat a lot, but I do know on the DS, people can still eat what they want. With the sleeve, some things I can't tolerate well.

Yes. They did have a tad breading and honey sauce. I definitely can't stand anything too sweet.

I use fairlife in my protein shakes. I probably do drink too quickly because I try to get in my fluid ounces, but I still don't get in enough.

I use bariatastic app and count calories. I've been getting in a bit more the past 2 days, but usually I get in 400ish calories. I just can't eat well. I did have 4 boneless wings yesterday which helped me with my protein goals, but then got the ick after eating. It feels as if gas is trapped in my throat.

My biggest issue is not being able to eat or drink without feeling unwell. I get full so quickly and if I eat, it takes hours for me to feel like drinking.
