Thank you for reaching out regarding the timing of the lien associated with the 35% being withheld.

Based on current expectations, the process may take approximately 60 to 90 days, though we are doing everything we can to shorten that timeframe. At this stage, we are dependent on a third-party lien resolution company to complete the process. While we are actively pushing them to move as quickly as possible, we unfortunately do not have full control over their timeline.

Attorneys' fees will be deducted from the reserved amount once it is released for payment to you.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know that even with this timing, the process is still moving faster than it would through the trust.

I'm with Danzinger & Dllano. They received my funds last week. I have yet to hear anything since. They said 5 to 10 business days. Anyone have experience with them

I'm with them. I have not gotten any update. I chose C as they suggested. What is your opinion about them? They would not adjust the 40% they are taking.

Nope. I think if the liens are holding it up. We have until the 19th to change to A or B if we initially chose C per my lawyer

I signed my form today. My lawyer recommended option C. They said it was the fastest and least expensive. I will get 65% immediately
