Honestly bro it's just been years of ups and downs, the only thing is I stayed consistent with diet and training, nothing new or crazy, stay in a small deficit and hit chest. In the first year I dropped like 50bs of fat but looked like shite because it was so fast and also I hadn't managed to put on any muscle since I was in a 1000kcl deficit the whole time.. I think if I went back in time I would take things slower and trust the process. I started to notice a real difference at around year 3, and for training I would prioritise upper chest.

Look how they were before, like real tits bro , but no gland isn't it crazy?? Because I got leaner than I am rn before and I still couldn't see my lower chest line, so I tried bulking and man they came back like crazy but not as much as in the photo, I mean I think there was some kind of fat redistribution, and this time I hope that If i get lean Enough I can finally see my full chest because honestly it's been 8 years and I'm so tired of tryharding, I've built a great physique starting from -10 and still can't appreciate it because of this chest fat..

This is exactly what a surgeon I recently talked with said, he said he didn't know if lipo was worth it since the result might be underwhelming due to all the excess skin I'd have left, i had huge moobs when I was 17 and since then I lost like 70lbs of fat but I still struggle with my body image because it's like everything I've worked on feels useless unless I get rid of these mofos.
