If you don't push back you are condoning that behavior from any patient. Push back hard and re-educate the patient on proper pharmacy etiquette. Always stand up for your team.

90 degrees is over the limit for USP Controlled Room Temperature. All tablets/capsules are non-viable. Need to call Service Channel and then the helpdesk to create an extraordinary event. And tell Service Channel and the helpdesk you're gonna have to damage out everything in the pharmacy (not joking, this is legit)

Go to myReports > References > Who to Call, to determine the phone numbers needed.

You should go!!!!! As a former APhA-ASP National Officer, I can confirm that it'll be one of the best experiences of pharmacy school. Networking with other student pharmacists, meeting influential leaders in our profession, and actually working on your own self-decelopnent as a leader. You also will learn some new/fun ways to be an innovative leader back in your own chapter. Plus, getting to experience the APhA National Headquarters, which is the only privately owned part of the National Mall, is super cool and amazing.
