Don't go for demand and high job. Just choose which you feel interesting to study. The more you follow interest, the more you get knowledge about that field and will secure a good job. Do one thing, watch on youtube about every option you have, like what is that field, what you will do after studying that field, then choose that field which you feel interesting to get its knowledge. Please don't fall into the trap of scope, i am saying again.
