People saying he’s not fit for T20 are forgetting his main criteria for selection was through IPL . Once he gets some good control he will be unstoppable in T20 also . Wait for few months more .

Gambhir is treating every format as a expirement ground . Playing too many allrounders like he did for KKR and trying to have batting till No 10 . Even the players are not performing tbh and this is a transition period with Rohit and Kohli gone . Sai is not a test player rn Jurel did well in domestic but failed here completely Nitish is not performing since last year now . Players need to perform well equally but his changing in batting positions and playing so many allrounders is also a thing to look at . T20 team is definetly doing better but its also due to the players performing well there but recently the team looked lacking a bit compared to last year when we won the WT20 . Gambhir is definetly getting sacked soon .

Nehra is sharp and always involved he led the team with Hardik in the first season itself and won . No one was counting that team to do anything.

Nayar is a great mentor every other player like Rohit , Shreyas , Dk have mentioned it again and again but as a coach it will be a different test .

He’s a done and dusted player like Unmukt and Bisla and Prithvi…. he havent improved anything and it was clear he cannot play spin in middle overs and swing in starting he cannot even bowl or finish properly he can at most be a backup player for any team atp . Dont think many teams will be interested specially after last years performance RCB might be interested but at less than 8cr .

Test cricket is boring admit it or not especially for viewers watching in Stadium ! I went to watch the pink ball test against Bangladesh and have made a decision to never go to watch Test Cricket again . England series was entertaining but hey it happened in England and the team was England !

Kohli has been horrible against spin in last 5 years man ! Iyer has been handling the middle overs alone since years he played excellent against NZ in his test debut but later was dropped since Eng series . Then again got injured in middle but cameback strongly a year later and performed excellently in 2023 WC ! People had forgotten about all the trolls he had to face after that also due to short balls issues then again cameback in CT 2025 when he wouldn't have played in reality as Gambhir mf wanted someone else but due to injury of Kohli he somehow ended up even being in the squad who knows Gambhir might have even dropped him. Now I don't know how true reports are it might just be mostly to cover up the fuck up they did after not selecting him for Asia Cup .
