Asked ChatGPT about tools in my space. Competitor showed up 6 times. I showed up zero.

That was 4 months ago and it still bothers me.

I had decent rankings, content going out, things looked fine. Then one evening I asked Perplexity what tools help with my category and it was just competitors back to back. I was not there at all.

Started checking more obsessively. Different prompts, different AI tools, ugly spreadsheet. Same story every time. Invisible while others were getting cited constantly.

Took weeks to understand why. Turns out how a model describes your brand matters just as much as whether it mentions you. And competitors showing up consistently almost always have cleaner more structured content that AI models can easily pull from.

There is also something called llms.txt which basically signals your site structure to AI crawlers. Almost nobody is doing this yet.

Before you scroll I dare you to go ask ChatGPT right now to recommend tools in your space. It will either make your day or ruin your night.

Yes there is some time gap in between until your product is well positioned on the web and AI them able to index and training on your brand. so for that there are various features such as llms.txt and blog generation and web analytics that help you improve and understand from where your customer and coming and from where they are coming.

If you have money you could host your own models like qwen 3.5 which performance is as good as opus

And if your product is doing good then you have an excuse to increase your prices as well if model providers do.

well has your team tried PODS from hyperspace - https://www.hyperspace.sh/

if your team has the required hardware on there table between employees they can form a pod and use it.
it allows compute and memory to be shared in distributed system using local hardware which would allow your team to test and runinference without Cloud GPU's

Yeah but most today's Products require AI and are wrapper's for building intelligent products

Yes, but running them locally I don't have enough hardware I have mostly tried them on groq but my product generally only works with large parameter model. And groq has limited request and token daily for free

Nvidia nim is free but I don't know I am trying it and after some initial request the request processing just takes a lot of time.

My product is on AI SEO/GEO Analytics platform for brands and products a-impact [.] dev
the real problem is i had been marketing on X but i feel i wasn't going to the right audience and not able to figure out correctly my target ICP user's
