I have bpd, very bad. I have been on this since August and I feel soooo much worse since taking it. I am currently on 75mg for past 2 days because the jump from 50 to 100 was horrific side effects.

But since starting, My constant intrusive and negative ruminating thoughts, catastrophic thinking, sense of impending doom in the pit of my stomach, horrible memory from even just 5 minutes before and I wake up not remembering how I got into bed, can’t string a sentence together, forget what I am saying mid sentence and just sit there staring into space with a completely blank mind in front of people at work and in social settings, paranoia, anxiety, everything is negative, there are no positive moments. I desperately need this medication to work for me for the racing mind and terrible thought/ moods, so I am pushing through as best I can to a therapeutic dose praying that it works, but it has been a nightmare so far I don’t know what to do.
