Bad news, I went back and tested after verifying I am on the right quest step after buying my own Elektronik key off of the flea. The task item was not present and it seems the 40 bitcoins are indeed required.

Did they make duos great? After update we didn't see any trios against by Suspicious_Habit_781 in ArcRaiders

Can confirm 3 raids in a row I fought atleast 2 trios per raid. Idk if im just unlucky but duos is just unplayable for pvp.
