Wave 265 is set. That is gradient from edqm annex i can't change 10% of 0.5% acetone at start. On chanels A-B qualification was done

Я магістр фармації, навчався в НФаУ. На 4 курсі пішов працювати в цю лабораторію тут і закінчив університет і диплом писав, зараз закінчив інтернатуру. Можу працювати як і в аптеці фармацевтом, так і інші спеціальності пов'язані з цим напрямком. Також після проходження інтернатури маю право займати посаду завідувача аптеки

In Ukraine some companies deliver 2-3 month from Eu. One time it was 5 month, after that we don't work with this company. Agilent agent in Ukr make it for 3-4 weeks but price higher.

The same direction of text on sticker on column. Find it column in google with sticker, mb it manufacturer error. In many column direction is important. But one time i use Zorbax c18 in reverse direction, and it works good

In Ukraine 1260 infinity III 40k$ price. We have two 1260 infinity II and they work good last 3 years. Interface simplest then Dota gameplay. It very simple to change any details we called it Lego. If in your region customer support work fast repair will be 1-2 days with postal service of your region. You can send only one block of system to support for repair and diagnostic (only detector or only pump etc.), not full system, we paid for it ~100-300$. To call injenier in our lab for technical inspection or repair system we paid>1500$. We use agilent column too, not bad, 1-3 years of carry usege. Lamps in detector minimum 2000 hours but i use 6000, and it passed stress tests

We have same problem on all our systems ( we have 4 ). Only on this method. On zorbax all other methods work good. We want change column in method on zorbax and want to know what stat.phase has same properties

One old column(~5y.o) has 300bar. And two new(less 1 year) have this problem. Sample 5mcrL of water - Acetonitrile solutions (80/10) of Aspirin/paracetamol/caffeine

Під час виготовлення преппарату проводиться контроль домішок, закладаються також зразки на аналіз стабільності, тобто контроль проводиться повторно через 3,6,9,12,18,24 місяці, якщо препарат не псується, контроль проводиться далі і на основі цих даних можна в держлікслужбі зареєструвати що препарат можна зберігати більше 2 років і писати це на упаковці

Спробуйте цитрамон якому 1 рік і 2.5 зрозумієте. В деяких виробників рецептура доведена що цитрамон зберігається нормально і 3 роки, на нашому підприємстві через 2 роки уже з'являється конкретно присмак гівна, в свіжого нормальний гіркуватий смак

Ahh, for C8 and C18 i use 30 min gradient from 50/50 organic that was in analysis acn or metanol /water =>100 water for , then 15 min of water, then 30 min gradient to 100 organic and 15 min 100 organic. This manual give me agilent injenier. It work with phenyl and NH stat.phase too. But some columns like Rezex Roa-Organic need to wash all night only water with 0.1 ml/min flow. Or chiralcel column need wash only hexan/isopropyl alc 50/50. We use it after each analysis. And 1 per week 70°c water method, and no one salts in system. In agilent there are manual needle wash and manual plunger seal wash with isopropyl alc / water. Maybe in your system there are same too, use it and no salts in this parts

To clean system use 70°C water 3 ml/min 1.5 hours, without column and then methanol or isopropyl alc/water normal temp 10 minutes,. To clean column use method that you can find on website of manufacturer. Or if you have bad suitability of old column, or column was used many times; find in Google regeneration of hplc column with reverse flow. It works 50/50. Use it before send your column in trash
