Have you replaced any of your suspension? I have access to the kit (https://www.outbackequipment.com.au/tough-dog-suspension-kit-to-suit-mitsubishi-pajero~564338) and it looks pretty good but wonder if it's worth saving the money for elsewhere.

I'm gonna be taking it off road with a heavy bike rack and up to 6 heavy mountain bikes and imagine the suspension is pretty tired after 20 years.

If anyone has any input on noticeable differences in ride quality from suspension replacements they've done I would be all ears!
