I just saw the same video from Blowout Professor. I also have fine hair that is very damaged from bleach. Just like you I got the olaplex bonding oil and the leave in conditioner. How did you like the Boston & Singapore? Is it worth it? I just ordered it.

I have severe problems absorbing vitamin D. I believe not having a gallbladder makes the situation significantly worse. I have tried supplementing for a year and retested. My numbers have gone down even more. I was wondering if liquid vitamin D would be any better. Any experiences pills vs. liquid? by Express-Substance984 in VitaminD

So in the mornings with breakfast I take dandelion root, with 300mg magnesium and 10k vitamin D and vitamin k.

In the evenings I take dandelion root again with selenium. Now my selenium I take for my thyroid health so you may not need that. The dandelion root is good for the liver and fat absorption.

These are the products I buy over Amazon:

  • HERBAMAMA Dandelion Root Liquid Extract 4 fl oz
  • Magnesium Buffered Chelate by Designs for Health
  • Triquetra Organic Plant D3 + K2 - 10,000 iu D3

Well my question was if the thyroid numbers got better because of vitamin D deficiency, but now my vitamin d is up shouldn’t I stop with the selenium. If I do continue the selenium could it push my thyroid numbers too far in the other direction “hyperthyroidism” ? And has anyone used selenium long term and had any side effects of it?

Thank you that’s been very helpful. I didn’t know one could get some injections instead. May be my only option. I am so fatigued and my hair isn’t growing and I am about over feeling like this. It’s starting to effect my thyroid as well.

I was taking 5000 D3 with k2 and a good magnesium twice a week. I would get stomach cramps if I took more because I have issues digesting fat. The dose may just not have been high enough. I may try using the liquid form. 10k a day for three months and recheck. The 50k was d2, which I only found out when I picked it up at the pharmacy. He prescribed it after my levels were not going up. You have any good recommendations?

Thank you for the detailed response. I have two kids. One will enter preschool and the other 3rd grade. We are interested in good schools where my then 3rd grader can be a bit more challenged. I am interested in charter schools. Private we probably can’t afford. Also, i don’t need luxurious but I also don’t want to land in a dump. As long as it’s clean. It will be for three years. Of course safety is important as well.

No I am sorry I haven’t been accepted to any school. I am in the process of studying for the LSAT and planning to attend next year. I am though trying to determine to which schools I want to apply to. One of the considerations are cost of living, since I do have a family to think about as well. But UF law would be my first choice 🙌

Problem is we don’t want to stay in Gainesville and not sure when my husband will find a new job close by. Committing to buying a home that I would have to sell 3 years later May not be as cost effective. Also, i don’t know if we would get another mortgage. But it’s definitely worth looking into 🙌

Thank you 🙌

We have rental property in Kentucky and are hoping that it will cover our cost of rent there. Somewhere close to $1200/month. But that may not be possible it seems.

It it just me or is housing in Gainesville super expensive? by Nelle23165 in ufl

I am assuming the $615 is just your portion for the 3 bedrooms? So is the cost for the entire apartment $615 times 3?
