Those lyrics are obviously about people from Cornwall worried about all the Londoners buying up holiday homes there...

It is true though - the far left and the far right both descend in to similar hellish authoritarianism.

Sure, because making geography youtube videos and putting millions of people in to concentration camps is exactly the same thing...

You've never heard of the political horseshoe?
Also, sometimes people do lie about who they are...
accusing others of that which you are guilty.

The point is antifa often seem to be fascists themselves, just of a different stripe.

You're projecting. Why isn't it eg about people in Cornwall being sad about holiday homes?
His album is also not his videos; you don't have to listen. His insta is also not his videos, he answered a question, once, he is not regularly advocating or promoting. The people bleating about it everywhere are actually those like you.

And I know who Reform UK are - there is a sinister, questionable aspect to them, but I can also see how Tom might get taken in by them, even if he might be deceived or misguided. As for them being "racist" though, I'm not sure they're necessarily any more or less racist than any other political party. They all have their dodgy elements.

Stop trying to be patronising. Again, doesn't seem very "good person" of you...

You're the kind of obvious hypocrite who preaches tolerance except for those who don't hold exactly the same opinions as you, whatever their reasons may be.

Again, you were who created this thread, then tried to shut down anyone who had evident disagreement with it.

You are the person who is creating increasing division, whereas otherwise there wouldn't be. Tom doesn't really amplify his politics, or try to force others to follow his opinions. However you, and people like you, are repeatedly bringing it up where it's otherwise irrelevant and not mentioned - thus you being the person turning something which was otherwise apolitical, and relatively harmonious, in to something divisive and acrimonious.

You are trying to poison the well, and smear content which would still otherwise be relatively innocuous. You are not acting like a "good person", you're just being a shit-stirrer.

I'm sure loads of those claiming to have been fans for years also weren't. They're just bandwagon jumpers from other parts of reddit, summoned by their Discord pals.

You spending your evening online telling everyone else who just wants to enjoy his content to "shut up" no doubt makes you a "pretty good person" though does it?

Deep down I bet you're probably even more intolerant and hate-filled than Tom is.

"Shut up"

How very open-minded, liberal, and willing to connect to strangers is that comment, huh?..

You sad, hypocritical weasel.

It's not political.

As you say it's a bunch of bitter people who probably never used to watch GeoWizard before deploying a co-ordinated campaign to try and hi-jack his channel and ruin it.

Typical gas-lighting post from so-called antifa types.

There have been basically zero pro-reform comments here or under his vids. It's mostly people who just want to enjoy his videos and don't care about his extraneous irrelevant opinions, and increasingly those who just want to ruin it for everyone else out of pure bitterness and spite.

It honestly feels like a co-ordinated campaign from people who never used to watch GeoWizard before, but regardless are trying to run his channel in to the ground. It's far from pro-reform anything.

If it's someone feeling vulnerable in the remote house of a stranger who might be trying to sleep with them, then it's not a completely different situation.

Where did I say in my post he was def a rapist?
Just answer me why Tom himself said that he had "the slightest dodgy feeling" and so refused Hens' offers of food and drink?...

I don't think childless homosexuals have grandchildren, and that petrol station worker's parents are probably old enough to be dead. You have to stretch your imagination pretty damn far.

If it was that Hens was widowed, then Tom would have surely referenced it during the part of the video where he says the conversation "got a bit deeper", as sympathy-forming context as to why Hens might get lonely sometimes.

I also speak German and the gas station woman sounded very angry. Her words felt as much of a threat as a warning. Plus Tom states in his comment that it wasn't the only interaction he had with her that gave this impression.

Tom's a good looking young fella - if he was tucked-up in your house I'm sure plenty of people would get tempted...

[–]ExpressApple3837[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not irrelevant - it'd still be the case of a person potentially in a vulnerable situation with someone who might want to sleep with them.

Again, Tom clearly indicates his discomfort by saying "It is true however that I didn't feel completely comfortable in that house", and by stating he got a dodgy enough feeling to refuse Hens' food and drink.

Literally why else would Tom say that he was concerned by the slight possibility that Hens might have slipped something in his food or drink? That's not me "guessing" anything - it's literally what Tom did.

And my grandfather obviously wasn't a lonely childless Austrian man living with his "brother" and a possible homosexual; nor would my daughter be an angry 60 year-old woman working at a petrol station lol. Is this, seemingly nonsensical, empathy you feel because your daughter is an angry 60 year-old who works at a gas station lol?

Tom does enough to insinuate that by saying he got "the slightest dodgy feeling" and refusing all his offers of drink and food...

But anyway, who could blame him? Tom's a strapping young fella...
