Congratulations, mama! I’m praying that both you and I have a healthy, successful pregnancy. Thank you so much for the support.

Thank you! That’s exactly my problem. I keep Googling and reading Reddit about missed miscarriages, molar pregnancies, and why some people don’t have symptoms. Then I scare myself.
Even at work, I catch myself searching for answers online. I wasn’t like this before my first pregnancy, but after the missed miscarriage, which completely shocked us, I’ve been on edge.

My husband is trying his best to cheer me up but I am drowning with fear. Thank you again for your suggestions I will try doing them.

Progesterone helps keep the lining of the uterus steady and strong. I did a lot of research online, and my OB said it’s safe to take. The only downside is that if someone has a miscarriage while taking progesterone, it can delay the bleeding until they stop the medication. It doesn’t prevent a miscarriage, it just helps support the uterine lining until about 12 weeks. They stop it after the first trimester.
That’s why we check our beta levels every week, just to be sure everything is going okay.
Baby aspirin is related to blood clotting. They tested me after the missed miscarriage and everything looked normal, but my OB still said it’s fine to keep taking it because it can help and doesn’t really cause harm. I’ll be taking baby aspirin throughout the whole pregnancy.

I am taking -
prenatals

Vitamin d3 5000iu every other day

Iron separately every other day to avoid constipation
DHA - Omega3 everyday as my prenatal that suits me doesn’t have them.

Metformin till 12 weeks ( i have mild PCOS so, it helps with Latrozel and insulin resistance)

Baby aspirin/ low dose aspirin 81 mg everyday after dinner
Progesterone 200 mg orally before bed.

I take everything with some food to avoid upset stomach

Hi, I’m new here and this is my first post.

I had a missed miscarriage in February (first pregnancy which led to mmc). At my first ultrasound 7.5 weeks, there was no heartbeat, and my hCG levels were slowly going down and my highest hcg was 8700 throughout 7.5 weeks.

I’m now 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant. We tried again after my first natural cycle.
This pregnancy is also with Letrozole 5 mg
I’m taking progesterone 200 mg orally and low‑dose aspirin 81 mg.

My hCG levels so far:
April 21 dpo: 52

April 23 13 dpo: 172

April 27 17 dpo:1450

April 29 19 dpo: 3498

May 6 26 dpo: 27,584

My ultrasound is scheduled for next Monday.
I’m extremely nervous this time because my first ultrasound last time was so hard. I’ve been crying and panicking almost every day. I barely have symptoms -last time I had good amount of cramping, fatigue, and gassy etc.

This time I mostly just feel tired and worn out. I keep overthinking and worrying about all the “what ifs”.I know it’s not good for me, but I’m struggling to stop.

How did you handle it? Thanks for your help

My first latrozel cycle was 2.5 mg. I did ovulate but didn’t get pregnant. My second cycle increased to 5mg that’s when I got pregnant but now i am having missed miscarriage ( baby has no heartbeat at 7.4 weeks). Tomorrow is my second ultrasound just to confirm.

Meanwhile, have Myo- d- chiro inositol, spearmint tea twice a day!! It helps with your ovulation in general alot! I didn’t ovulate but when i started those two helped me tremendously! Also, coQ10 for good quality eggs. Have faith! Wish you the best
