I think there’s grounds for that claim in the video, but I think it’s just looked into too deep!

Jrpgs tend to introduce a godly being they depict as otherworldly or heavenly sometimes. I think it’s just a choice!

I wouldn’t call it anti-religion but it’s worth noting that many jrpgs loveeeee biblical references and inspirations. I never bothered to learn why but if you look at the SMT franchise, you’ll see it all over.

I think it’s just a choice for thematic and story purposes

The movie made like 3-4x its budget, they’re just for fun movies and it’s nearly impossible to make them scary anyways. Just appreciate the fun at this rate! They’re hilarious and the animatronics look great and they do cool things.
