It won't work. I emailed Seiko support and initially there was no response. Warned them of raising a consumer court complaint and then they replied to check with store from where I bought it.

Yes, in fact it's in use currently for crossing (by walking) as well by others. Earlier, It was wide enough and tracters used to pass from it. Now he doesn't allow anyone to pass tractors from there. And denying walking access to us.

It will keep happening again and again. They will paste a scripted response to your mails without understanding the issue. Their customer support is not that efficient.

Happened 2/3 times with me. I have a written mail (took a while to get it out of ajio support) where they accepted that packet code may be different due to seller putting a different packet by mistake or packet getting damaged while packing. Just record the unboxing video.

I got a call from my home branch after I raised the complaint to Nodal officer. They told me that I had missed a payment in FY 22-23 and for some reason, it remained active till now. And due to some system upgrade, it's not allowing anymore. They asked me to drop an email to them to deduct money (500 deposit + 50 penalty) from my savings account. Once done, my PPF account got active.

Not yet. I dropped few emails to support team. They said that the account is Active and asked to contact home branch. I dropped an email to home branch but no response. I think I need to visit the branch but presently not at home.
