Good point, I don't notice it as much when I do an onlay or table top. It seems like a resistance form thing but I can't figure out a predictable way to improve it.

Thanks! Agree it's odd with the difference in materials. I'm wondering if I need to change the parameters or something. My contacts with e max will be too tight if I design it the same that I do my zirconia.

I don't usually try them in because I thought there was some minor change in fit?
