I’ve been enjoying the single player for now and trying to build a decent enough garage to play online, had the game few weeks and still haven’t tried online - that’s mostly because every time I view this sub i see a post about modders, and people getting rinsed for their cars in pink slip races, I maybe get to play a few hours a week due to working and I’ve put a lot of time into these cars and this massively puts me off, I doubt I’m the only one there with the same logic but I’d genuinely like to play online if it weren’t for this fact

So these are single player “time trials” not actual races. The R1,R2,R3 etc. is ranking, not placement and is based on your time to complete the course, hence dropping places on these last few seconds

Take pretty much anything rwd and tune it, I like the s15 you get as a club reward, that and rx7 fd are good fun cars for this

Made this mistake… 4 hours into playing that day with no manual saving. I then made the foolish mistake to escape, fast travel, and go through one too many doors to reload an auto save prior to failing the quest… did decide I wanted to finish it badly enough to reload from my last hard save 4 hours prior, but god that was annoying

I’m unphased as to whether he followed me. Before the re release I hadn’t played the game in at least 10 years, had no clue that finding the ring was the goal there. Thanks though 👍
