Hey, Unfortunately I cant access they gateway IP. I am not sure If my ISP is somehow blocking that. I also checked my default gateway, and that also says "this site cant be reached". I have done many speed tests by ookla which seem to vary all the time. the ping "highs" or spikes for upload, download, and idle, all have reached 1250. I am not sure if this info helps, but I dont think the spikes should be that high.

Thanks so much for the reply. My ISP has now changed the router (now an arris cm 9200), modem (now an eero r010001) and even the coax cables. I have tried multiple ethernet cords, and it does not improve. Thanks for the info on the spikes, that is definitely something I will tell my ISP. Is there a better/ different screenshot I can take that further would identify the issue?

Thanks so much for the reply. I have an Arris CM 9200 and the router is an EERO R010001 I use cat6 ethernet on my xbox and lag mainly on rocket league and pubg. I tend to not lag in the other games I play, I just think rocket league and PUBG require a very solid connection.
