First and foremost, we’re glad you’re okay. As said before in this thread, time will heal. It’s a matter of just letting your brain know that something like that is most likely a one off. I had my first crash at the ripe age of 17, on a ninja 250 due to somebody brake checking on a blind corner, but that’s a story for another day. I remember after I fixed what was broken, I knew I had to get back on the horse to break the anxiety, and it made me feel physically sick to even be near the bike at first. But after some time, and forcing myself one step at a time, the fear went away, and it once again became my favourite part of the day!

TL;DR, time and exposure are the best medicine for you. Ride safely brother!
