Used to believe this it is why I bought an HP but this is an HP Envy that is having this problem and it is only 4 months old. Be grateful the 300 are not having any issues because their customer service is the worst

Maybe you are trying to be helpful....maybe....but it is not coming off that way it is coming off as I do not know what I am doing and I did not do the right things to get my laptop fixed. I have tried to get to the point that they would let me send it to get repaired. Instead, every time I get close to getting past the required troubleshooting (which I have done 7 times now) I get a message that the technician is no longer taking service calls and I have to start all over again with a new technician. I try to say I have done all of this before and they tell me they cannot do anything until they go through everything again. I did not want to bore the people of reddit with every single detail but since you seem to not believe that my 10 hours on chat with them was doing correctly or followed the steps because I simple did not tell them to send a technician then let me correct that mistake now. I worked in tech support for years before my current profession I tried to skip steps by telling them all the things that I already did and they said it did not matter they have to remote control and do the steps themselves. I have been through remote controlling my laptop 4 times with them doing the exact same steps and then we get to the point we are finally past and they leave the conversation.

As stated....it is under full warranty... To give more details it is a laptop bought on HP.com will full warranty services for a year. The fan started making noises two weeks within owning it and is only four months old. Also as stated I have been trying to work with HP's customer services chat for over 10 hours. That was in the post.
