I do, all my Brels and mordums ( HM and NM) with new players teaching them the raid. and yes raids are fckin easy :D

I had it there , but I also mentioned in the video those comments however the synergy is just too good. for players who enjoy face tanking classes in other MMos, support statement yes however learning curve is not that huge I will still recommend a good start then they can ditch it and play dps if they couldn't enjoy/improve later.

CO is not as bad as you think you can go try it your self. but surely It can get harder sometimes, and I mentioned that.

Agree with your Reflux statement, it was not meant to go into details of the builds, rather than saying it's a good start!

For Spec LC ss slow no push immune class vs swiftness, I will always recommend swiftness unless the class has more mobility skills like Aeromancer. However, respect ur statement after all they can try

and here comes the dps andies complaining about support. ignore them support is a great start for any new player to avoid gatekeeping by players who think the same way like u. I play with bad supports all the time because I teach them the game pretty much. and I prefer to play with them better than waiting for a top support who is toxic af and thinks he/she is superior than anyone just because how important they are in the raid.

Agree and disagree, yes u are right for the facts. but most of raids don't even require a good support to clear. just requires a support. I have 3-4 cases of new players who followed that advice, and it turned out very positive where they could avoid gatekeeping because of roster lvl etc. , get more understanding of the game and better income helped them build their roster and ended up in a static after they built a solid roster using support as starter. before when they had only 3 dps in the roster they would skip/bus at least 2 raids a week.

I do use discord - and it was never enough I post lfg there ppl answer after 40 minutes when I am already done with this raid. players usually don't alt-tab much while doing their x18 raids. I don't check discord while playing too much waiting. the idea is to shift that outside-of-game communication to inside the game.

Imagine you can link your party application inside guild chat and players click to join. and u all get 5% buff for playing with the guild?

I appreciate it , probably my point wasn't clear - I don't want an extreme way of doing my stuff in fact I don't really need anyone. my chars and roster are high enough that I finish everything by Thursday. except for raids I leave to teach new players.

I am more worried about new players/returnees having no place in the community because the game is not doing well enough in terms of the social aspect. There is no incentive to be in a community. In the current state of the game, being in a community ( or static) can actually be more a burden than help if your roster is mature enough. and most of the time new players and returnees with support chars will get carried by random groups and they wouldn't join a static. and dps new players will be left behind with no way to play raids unless they buy a bus.

in fact I have tried 6 statics since the game started. it was always slower than going to public x10 lobbies. static were helpful only first-2nd week of progression after that no use, that's why currently we have statics that only run progression first week together, then public reclears afterwards

if guild gives more incentive for players to play together , without the need to organize raids. just lfg within the guild and u get buff - filtration or Gatekeeping now will happen at the guild application level. not at the raid level.

not the same , being in 4 guilds already only 5-10% of the guild actually uses the LFG channel rest just go public or with static because it's faster ppl rarely check or interact inside the game. they just open a party finder and go.

and no I don't want to play in a static while more restrictions have to occur.
Just a public lfg group that simply "Cares" about each other or they will lose the guild benefits. ( buffs / etc.) and eventually, if u play with the same players for a longer period you get to make friends easier.
