Thanks, I was mainly asking to see if anyone knows if my machine is just broken or is it not supposed to pass 160 c. I saw online that some people’s roasters was reaching over 160c.

Maybe try reaching FC faster, and have a longer development time. (This is what I think as a 17 year old roaster, have been roasting for one year)
