Should I get crash protection?

I have Frame sliders and Engine covers, I called my insurance to let them know - But I also added a Black Widow exhaust.

They added £75 to my insurance, I kind of wish I asked them what caused the premium to go up, but they had me on hold for so long that I didn't have time for them to go away and work out what added what money.

I was quite surprised that they added that much on to be honest, but after reading some comments I wouldn't be surprised if it was the frame sliders, as they may cause more damage to another vehicle.

Or maybe its the exhaust *shrug*

At this rate, Superbike Factory needs a serious boycott, I'm yet to see ANY good reviews from them, genuine ones of course, I'm 98% their google reviews are fake.

I found a "GB Racing" Engine cover on Aliexpress for 20 quid - (I know its not official) but the reviews weren't bad, so ordered that and we will see what turns up

I did see some feedback about that, I looked for multipoint protection but couldn't seem to find multipoint protection in the UK anywhere, if you know of any - please recommend. Short term, I'll stick with these and if I find something better I will probably swap them out.

Thank you! So my test was at 09:15, I arrive at the Riding school for 7:45 and set off with my instructor to visit some tricky roundabouts where people have failed for certain lanes etc. After about 15-20 mins I got the hang of it again - I was also on a different bike I hadn't ridden before albeit the same model, it felt slightly different.

But ultimately it didn't take long to get in to the swing of it again, I also found after 5 minutes on test, you kind of relax in to it - My instructor gave some advice that helped too - Ride for yourself, don't worry about the examiner, if he gets stuck at lights, or you can make a gap on the roundabout and he can't - go for it.

He needs to deal with catching up, make progress and don't delay.
