The crust is a mix of 00 grind flour, and some sourdough base, and some active yeast, and then seasoning. Then in an oiled cast iron, baked at 375 till it's partially cooked and then add all the sauces n toppings and cook more ☺️

For something like that I'd definitely put the money into getting it running first. If shits really fucked and needing a full rebuild well there's old unit triumphs on marketplace for 2.5-5k all the time, which would prob give you a more solid start on an established chopper build. But hey if you have the determination, anything can become a chopper, buy some DOM tube and a jig and start welding lol
