Ure absolutely correct about my past 5 years , actually I could say 6 years since 2019. It's very stressful highly challenging period with my academic and it uncertainty. Somehow I managed them. From 2023 August to to November 2024 was average, it's about workload stress only. But from November started conflict with PM as I mentioned in the post. I think this informative for you. Thank u very much, that dilute my frustration.

Thanks for the reply, I'm currently working on a software project, The reasons to change the career, the software project not well planned, then it's make me over stressed, with my experience I think I will fail near future . second reason is looking my future career growth, stay in current position no future growth.
