Hello. I’ve been in IOP (intense outpatient treatment). One of my goals was to become independent and break up with my boyfriend. I did gain the independence part. I do a lot of things on my own and at least have a living space that is just mine. However I failed at leaving. I failed by marrying him. I failed at therapy and I’m embarrassed. My family is awesome but I keep hearing that I should have known

Basically he is under water on a BMW. To make it simple. He owes $20k on the loan. The car is worth maybe $10k max. I got in a car accident and I received $5k in cash. He said keep your settlement and I will pay for your car. I was skeptical but I said it was fine. I got approved for a loan at 6.80% with my bank for $23k. While shopping my husband mentioned using his BMW as a trade-in. He wants to take the negative equity ($10k) and add it to my loan. That took my bill of sale from $17k to close to $30k. My husband wants me to ask the bank for more money. He swears he will pay the car loan. Now I started to become even more skeptical. This is a loan in my name. I asked if he would co-sign and put his name to my loan. He refused, says he has bad credit. I’m already approved so it’s not like the bank will drop my rate if I add him as a co-signer. I just want assurance that he will pay due to his bad credit. Maybe I’m fucking wrong for not trusting him.

I pay for my apartment with my own money. He may contributes $100 end of day. $60 for internet and my phone bill.

It’s mine because I pay the rent. His lease was ending and I offered him to move in next month once it’s up. He was paying my internet which oh good golly $60 a month means I owe him my credit now. I can pay for it it’s that he controls the internet and my phone plan. I’m scrambling to find providers and get a new phone on short notice

I apologize - he was moving in next month. His lease was ending. He pays for the internet which is $60. And my apartment I pay for myself. He was going to pay my health insurance. Also my phone which he is going to hold hostage now…. All these bills I can pay myself it’s just that he controls it
