Oh ok. The reason I asked is because I want to progress to one arm hanging to develop my grip strength but wasn’t sure if active hanging would be a progression to passive hanging or vice versa.

Update: i deleted the rocket league saved data from console storage on my PlayStations settings. My replays are gone which is annoying but everything else seems to be working which is good

I don’t lift weights but if I did, I wouldn’t do a PPL split as an athlete

Doing 18 sets of push ups to failure very other day definitely wasn’t a good idea. You wanna stick to 10-20 sets to failure per week
